A Sacred Space for Healing from Religious Wounds
Religious Trauma Anonymous (RTA) is a weekly gathering for individuals who have experienced harm, guilt, shame, or disconnection from their innate divinity due to rigid, fear-based, or dogmatic religious conditioning. Whether you've walked away from a religious tradition, carry wounds from spiritual abuse, or are seeking a new relationship with the Divine—you are not alone.
Rooted in the spirit of AA’s 12 Steps and 12 Traditions, these meetings offer a compassionate, non-dogmatic space for healing, reflection, and spiritual renewal. Together, we explore how to rebuild trust with ourselves, with each other, and with a Higher Power of our own understanding—one rooted in unconditional love, freedom, and inner truth.
